Namaste to all,

I am Mrs. Tripti Shrestha Lopchan, serving as the vice-principal and grade teacher of U.K.G. at Stepping Stone Pre School. It fills me with immense pride to celebrate my 10th year at this wonderful institution, which has been a cornerstone of nurturing young minds and building bright futures.

I am delighted to share that my 13-year-old daughter, an ex-student of this very school, has recently completed class 8 and is excelling in her studies. Her achievements are a testament to the strong foundation and values instilled by Stepping Stone Pre School—a place that not only educates, but also inspires growth and character.

As a teacher, I am deeply committed to addressing the unique needs of every child under my care. My focus extends beyond academics to their social well-being, ensuring that each child flourishes holistically in a supportive and inclusive environment.

At Stepping Stone Pre-School, we believe in expanding learning beyond the classroom. Recently, our little learners embarked on an exciting trip to the local museum. This event was carefully planned to align with our Montessori principles, fostering curiosity, creativity, and hands-on learning.

Nurturing a Bond with Nature: Rice Planting Day

At Stepping Stone Pre-School, we believe in hands-on experiences that inspire young minds and help them connect with the world around them. To foster a deeper appreciation for nature and agriculture, we organized a special Rice Planting Day for our little learners.

The children joyfully stepped into the rice fields, experiencing the feel of soil and water under their feet as they planted young rice saplings. Guided by our teachers and local farmers, this activity not only introduced them to the art of rice cultivation but also taught the importance of hard work, patience, and respect for nature.

Krishna Janmashtami Celebration: Honoring the Birth of Lord Krishna

At Stepping Stone Pre-School, Krishna Janmashtami is celebrated with great enthusiasm and devotion, giving our young learners a glimpse into the rich cultural and spiritual heritage of this festival. The day begins with storytelling sessions, where children learn about the life and teachings of Lord Krishna, instilling values of kindness, courage, and love.

The celebration is brought to life with vibrant decorations, traditional songs, and joyful dance performances. Our little ones dress up as Radha and Krishna, adding charm and innocence to the festivities. The highlight of the day is the fun-filled with different activity, where children enjoy dressing, symbolizing unity and teamwork.

Through this celebration, we aim to create meaningful experiences that connect our children to their cultural roots while spreading joy and positivity. It’s a day filled with devotion, happiness, and unforgettable memories!

Holi Celebration at Stepping Stone

Holi at Stepping Stone Pre-School is a joyous and colorful event that children eagerly look forward to! The festival is celebrated with vibrant powders, cheerful water splashes, and exciting activities that fill the day with fun and laughter. Our celebration begins with storytelling sessions where kids learn about the significance of Holi, focusing on themes like love, unity, and the triumph of good over evil. Teachers and staff ensure the safety of every child, guiding them to enjoy the festivities responsibly.

The day continues with art and craft activities, where little ones unleash their creativity to design Hold-themed masterpieces. There’s music, dancing, and playful games that add to the festive spirit. To make the occasion even sweeter, we share delicious treats, spreading joy and smiles among all.
